VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING CHANGE IN BENEFICIAL SHAREHOLDING
Swazispa Holdings Limited (“Swazispa”) shareholders are hereby advised that Sun International Limited
(“Sun International”) has entered into a further agreement with Minor International Public Company Limited
(“MINT”) that will result in Sun International’s disposal of its effective shareholding of 10.12% in Swazispa to
MINT with MINT acquiring an effective 50,6% interest in Swazispa (“the MINT acquisition”). MINT will hold its
effective interest in Swazispa via St Vincent Investments Limited.
The MINT acquisitions of 2014 and 2016 are subject to the fulfillment or waiver of certain condition precedents
including inter alia the finalisation of transaction documents and regulatory approvals. The MINT acquisition of
2014 remains pending.
