The European Food Alliance company is vertically integrated holding exercising the organization and
control of process of export of production of the agricultural enterprises and producers of foodstuff of
Ukraine since 2000.
Together with the international group "Grant Thornton" the company it is developed and the Program of
the international production and trade cooperation of participants of foreign economic activity is
successfully realized.
The program determined implementation of a full complex of actions providing effective process of export
of agricultural production and food, the conclusions of direct export contracts of delivery of production, by
the price of the producer.
Thus, it is provided to the exporter and the importer of a full complex of marketing, logistic, customs,
financial and legal services of the risks providing the maximum decrease and optimization of expenses,
effective coordination of interaction of the parties at all stages of export of production.
Strategic objective of the Program is expansion of sales markets, promoting of trademarks of the Ukrainian
producers, creation of models of the volumes of export of agricultural production and foodstuff of Ukraine
providing increase.
For performance of the specified purpose the company exercises trust management of trade and quick and
commercial process of export of production, the organization of production and trade cooperation of
participants of foreign economic activity, taking into account the chosen external economic strategy, forms
and methods of work in the foreign markets.
For the purpose of creation of the best conditions and minimization of risks of the importer financing of all
stages of process of export of production is provided to exporters of production.
Logistic managements of process of delivery of production of railway, sea transport, and fumigation in
port, customs registration and safety of freight will be carried out by the international transport and logistic
company of the producer of production.
Surveyor quality control of production, its fumigation and recirculation is carried out under the direct
contract signed between the importer and the executing international company that excludes delivery of
low-quality goods and provides confirmation of number of the exported volume.
The program allows the company to exercise effective management of stages of process of export of goods,
to represent interests of producers of production of the countries of Eastern and Central Europe in the
international markets, to hold the marketing events promoting increase in sales volumes, expansion of sales
markets, development of a distribution network and promoting, trademarks.
The careful organization of all stages of process of export of production allows to level risks of the
importer, to provide decrease in expenses and cost of production acquired by it at the expense of the
organization of effective logistics of delivery.

The European Food Alliance company suggests defining interest in import of the following production:
 fodder corn, wheat (soft grades), barley, soy, sunflower seeds;
 the baking wheat flour, the highest and first grades made from elite grades of wheat, grain flakes
and muesli, semolina and bran wheat, granulated.
 sunflower, corn, soy and rape, the refined oils which are packed up in 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 liter bottles
and in bulk, the big product range of oil extraction plants;
 rape technical oil which is raw materials for production of biologically pure diesel fuel;
 sugar (Icumsa 45), from sugar beet;
 molasses (treacle sugar) which is used as feed additive for different types of animals, raw
materials for production of bioethanol, feed additive for different types of animals, raw materials
for production of bioethanol, liquid, spirit fuel for cars, the making additive by production of
gasolines, biofuel of live fire, for house fireplaces;
 sunflower, corn, soy rape cake of meal and cake;
 powdered whole milk, fat content of 25,0%, Powdered skim milk, fat content of 1,5%, Casein;
 compound feeds and food additives of a vegetable and animal origin, for feeding of all species of
a bird, KRS, goats, sheep, pigs, fishes;
 meat of pork and beef: high-quality, frozen, on a bone and boneless, in half carcasses junctures,
blocks, and also the wide range of meat production, sausages, meat canned food;
 greenhouse tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, fennel, onions;
 seeds all of species of plants;
 mineral fertilizers and means of protection of plants.
Export, production determined by the importer, is carried out at the price of the producer, within the
Program of the international production cooperation, on conditions by certain parties of the basis of
delivery the Incoterms 2010 determined by the importer volume and the coordinated terms of payment.
The price of production depend on the volume of the delivered party, market fluctuations of supply and
demand and it will be coordinated by Protocols of coordination of the price, according to conditions of the
annual contract.
Quality of production made by the enterprises conforms to the international standards, ISO 9001:2009 is
confirmed, and its safety is confirmed with HACCP (ISO 22000:2007) and noted by numerous
International awards. Quality indicators of the realized production are provided upon its shipment.
The interested companies need to provide the irrevocable corporate order (ICPO) for the conclusion of the
contract for delivery of production, with the indication of requirements to quality indicators of goods,
volume of monthly and annual party, packing of production and basis of delivery, bank details of the
company of the importer, a contact information of the officer of the bank serving the enterprise.
Discussion of the price, conditions of basis of delivery and payment of the imported production,
coordination of contractual obligations by the parties, is possible by negotiation, in time determined by the
parties.
