Prime Advantage Advisory Welcomes a New Founder Partner
Prime Advantage Advisory, is delighted to welcome Mark Manderson as a Founder Partner Australia
and New Zealand, a relationship that marks an important step in the growth and development of its
business to an international level.
The highly experienced specialist advisory business works exclusively with small and medium size
enterprises, their founders, owners and stakeholders and in his role at Prime Advantage, Mark will
focus on the development of the manufacturing and distribution in Australia and New Zealand.
Mark is an internationally experienced business operator based in Perth, Western Australia and has
worked in both multinational and SME companies in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Barbados and
the UK. Much of his 30 year career experience was built creating growth strategies and solutions for
companies and then execute to deliver rewarding results.
Qualifying in an international Accounting firm he has worked across a number of industries including
retail and wholesale banking, corporate treasury, asset rental and leasing, wholesale electricity
generation and distribution, wholesale stationery distribution, franchised printing and mining
equipment design, manufacture and distribution.
As a CEO he has championed the growth of companies into new markets in various countries setting
up distribution channels and resources required for growth. This broad industry experience is
augmented by involvement in a number of equity transactions, acquisitions and divestitures of both
businesses and strategic assets.
