Pursuant to the Stock Exchange Regulations, § 24-7,
the assessment of the fee basis and fee rates for options
and terms have been delegated to the Stock Exchange
Managing Director. This will be applicable until
changed by the Stock Exchange Council.
a) In the case of secondary listed companies – the market value is based on registered VPS
share capital.
b) Minimum fee per share class beyond one, ref. § 24-3, third paragraph.
c) Applicable also to unlisted securities, cf. the Norwegian Securities Trading Act § 5-9.
In the case of registration of prospectus, the fee is NOK 2,000.
d) Only applicable for first-time examination of prospectus. In the case of prospectuses that
have previously been approved by the Stock Exchange or another EEA governmental
authority, the fee will be NOK 5,000, cf. § 24-2, second paragraph, second sentence.
e) In the case of prospectuses in connection with mandatory or voluntary offers, ref. the
Norwegian Securities Trading Act, § 4-15, only the minimum fee will be payable.
f) Will be applicable from the initiation of a new trading system. New and final fees will be
considered at the end of the 1st Quarter of 1999.
