Description of course: The course begins with the origins of mankind and the first know human
civilizations. The course demonstrates the understanding of the relations of the US and the world path
and affairs that led to our being today.. The course concludes with WW1, WW2, Vietnam, civil rights,
and other historical events that lead us to where we are as a nation now!
Grading Weight Scale:
Test: 40%
Quizzes/Projects: 15%
Homework/Classwork: 25%
Participation: 10%
Exams: 10%
