 Commitment of all stakeholders and partners
could improve
 Mainstreaming of crosscutting issues (climate,
gender, productive work, etc) not sufficient esp.
in energy & transport
Lessons Learned
 ICT is overall crosscutting & should be integrated
in all clusters, hence collaboration mechanisms
should be sought with other clusters
 High level & quality of experts participating leads
very rich discussions and important outcomes
 Involving key partners & ownership of activities
by the beneficiaries essential for implementation
of activities
 The availability of framework of cooperation
between institutions is important for resource
mobilisation
