MIS REPORTS : Help the management in decision making by Preparing periodic &
monthly MIS reports, monthly P & L, Daily Cost Sheet, monthly & annual budgets
etc.

ACCOUNTS : Preparation of P & L Account & Balance Sheet independently
monthly/periodically & Annually, Consolidation of P & L & Balance Sheet of
various Units & Branches. Sanctioning & monitoring of all type of vouchers such
as Cash, Bank, Purchase, Sales & Journals. Monitoring & Controlling of Inventory,
Sales Targets, Profitability, Costing, Cash Balance, Employee travelling advances,
Bank Balance & reconciliation, LC application & Limits, Bank Guarantee
application & limits. Monitoring & reconciliation of Sundry Debtors, Creditors &
General Ledgers. Arranging, attending & monitoring of Statutory Audit of
Accounts.

INCOME TAX : Calculation of Advance Tax of Company based on projected profit
& monitoring of payments on due dates. Monitoring & Prepration of Tax Audit
reports at the time of finalization of Balance Sheet. Calculation of TDS of
Employees, Filing of ETDS returns, Issue of Form 16 etc. Monitoring of TDS
calculations of various Contractors, Technical & Consultancy Services, Rent,
Interest on Deposit etc. Monitoring & Filing of ETDS returns, Issue of Form 16A,
filing of various declarations to the Income tax Department etc.

CENTRAL EXCISE :Correspondence with Department & visiting Central Excise
Office as and when required, Monitoring of Cenvat Credit availment of Inputs &
Capital Goods, Filing of monthly returns, Proof of Exports, Attending Audit party
etc.

SERVICE TAX : Correspondence with Department & visiting Central Excise Office
as and when required, Monitoring of Service Tax Credit availment on various
input services, Filing of half yearly returns etc.

SALES TAX : Correspondence with Department & visiting Sales Tax Office as and
when required, Monitoring & Collection & Issue of C forms, H Forms etc.
Availment of VAT Credit on Inputs & Capital Goods, Filing of monthly returns,
Attending assessment & Audit, Follow up for refund of VAT Credit etc.

EXPORTS : Prepration & monitoring of export related documents, Such as Invoice,
Packing List, ARE 1, Instructions to CHA & submission of these documents to CHA
& collection of proof of Export documents from CHA, filing the same to Local
Excise department & Customs, Banks etc.

DGFT :Prepration & Filing of various applications on line with Director General of
Foreign Trade, Bangalore such as EPCG, Advance Authorisation, DFRC, Refund of
Terminal Excise Duty. Monitoring & submission of fulfillment of Export obligation,
Submission of documents related to it. Monitoring of Issue, Renewal & collection
of Bank Guarantees from Customs etc.

IMPORTS :Managing various import activities such as, Negotiation of Air & Sea
freights, updation of cargo arrival status, filing of import documents under various
licences, arrangement of Customs duty, arranging import consignment from
Customs to factory site etc.

BANKS : Handling of Project Finance, CC Renewal, Correspondence with Banks,
Filing of Stock Statements, Various application filing such as Letter of Credit, TT,
Bank Guarantee, Foreign Currency requirement of the Company for Travel
purpose.
