Shalom Leaf, ESQ. Shalom is a 1988 graduate of the New York University School of Law. He has been a counsel at Herrick, Feinstein LLP and a partner at Squadron, Ellenoff, Plesent & Sheinfeld, LLP and Hogan & Hartson LLP. His corporate and securities law practice focuses on the representation of: ● Entrepreneurs, start-ups, joint ventures and established businesses in organizational, employment, financing, securities, M&A, “corporate strife” and intellectual property matters. ● Private equity investors, broker-dealers and institutional lenders in equity and debt transactions, including private and public securities offerings. ● Research and educational institutions and not-for-profits in corporate matters, including technology transfer and equity arrangements with licensees of institutional technologies.
