Join our 3rd Fintech Trade Mission to Tokyo in September if you are interested in doing business with Japanese companies, expanding into the Japanese market! This time, the UK will be part of “FinSum Week” : 4 days centred around the Fintech Summit (organised by Nikkei, the largest Japanese business press and owners of the FT), and Fintech Japan 2017, organised by the Japan Fintech Association. DIT will be holding its “UK Fintech Night in Tokyo” at the British Ambassador’s Residence as part of “FinSum Week”, attracting sponsor companies of FinSum (banks, insurers, IT vendors, consultants), Japanese fintech start-ups and fintech, VC and banking contacts of DIT Tokyo team. This is an opportunity for you to rapidly develop your contact network (crucial for Japan where introductions matter) and learn about the market, rules and regulations and business culture.
