Job Profile:
My current role is to lead a Solar R&D team including 2 H/W Desginers, 2 Firmware Designer,
1 High Level Software designer, 2 Test and Validation Engineers. Responsible for End to End
Solar Lighting Solutions. Getting the plastic/metal casing/enclosures designed by mechanical
design team.
Having continuous interaction with Product Management and Sales Team in a global market

Gather requirements and freeze specifications. Design product architecture having modularity
