Dr. Richard Shinto, a specialist in pulmonology and internal medicine is President and
Chief Executive Officer of MMM Holdings, Inc. He has over 20 years of clinical and
operational administration experience in healthcare and is also the Chief Executive
Officer for InnovaCare Health Solutions, Inc.
Before joining MMM Holdings, Inc., Dr. Shinto was the Chief Operations Officer and
Chief Medical Officer for Medical Pathways Management Company. After being Vice
President of Medical Management for MedPartners, from 1995-1997, he became the
Chief Medical Officer for Cal Optima Health Plan, in California.
Dr. Shinto is a graduate of the University of California, in Irvine; the University of New
York, Stony Brook; and the University of Redlands. Among his various honors, a
highlight was the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® in the Service category for
the state of New Jersey. This honor is awarded to outstanding executives who show
excellence and extraordinary success in areas such as innovation, financial results and
personal commitment towards their companies and communities.
