Online Demo Description This document describes the data in the dashboards of the Online Demo. A simulation program is used to generate the data. General: The customer in the Online Demo represents a medium size company in Germany who purchased the service of the Platinum package. The company produces plastic components which are also painted. The following values are captured: electrical energy, gas, compressed air and pieces of production. The energy bill is 430.000 € and split in 3.900.000 kWh electrical energy and 540.000 kWh Gas at 0,10€/kWh electricity and 0,07€/kWh gas. The base load occurs 24/7 and in 2 shifts, consuming energy from Monday to Friday. The 1st shift runs from 6am _ to 2pm while the 2nd shift runs from 2pm to 10pm. Breaks are scheduled for 08:45am to 09:00am, 11:45am to 12:15pm, 4:45pm to 5pm and 7:45pm to 8:15pm. Gas consumption for heating occurs around 1.800 h per year at full load; no consumption during the rest of the year.
