Unfortunately we have to report a loss
for the year. What are the reasons?...
• Special costs incurred in 2012:
• Building measures, renovation, technology update, new flooring:
amounting to approx. 70,000 €
• Costs for the required IT and accounting changes, i.e. consulting
services (accounting firm, IT developers, software company)
amounting to approx. 16,800 €

• Provisions for vacation / overtime / staff amounting to 51,530 €

• Part of the capital expenditures for fire prevention and new systems
(amounting to 38,000 €) were taken from earmarked provisions!
The IBZ could not survive without the
renovation support provided by IBZ and
IPA members!…
… and without the IPA sponsorship of
4 conference rooms and
38 guests rooms …!
IPA seminars in IBZ Schloss Gimborn
are special because....
• … the pleasant
atmosphere
• combined with
• modern quality
management
• make the guests feel at
home!
• The IBZ is certified
based on
• DIN EN ISO 9001:2008
