Sanjay Kakra, while being a qualified Chartered Accountant is also a qualified Company Secretary &
Grad CWA. With over 17 yrs work ex. in India & abroad (across Corporate & Banking sector) he has
worked in Blue Chip Corporates & MNC Banks at senior positions in India & abroad. He has rich
experience of working with Temasek Holding Group Company (one of the largest PE firms), Media Majors
in India & in Oil & Gas Sector. Currently he heads India for Risk function covering Front Office Conduct,
Governance & Control functions for RBS ( Royal Bank of Scotland) across Corporate Banking, FI, Global
Trade Services and Retail Banking. With his experience spanning over credit Risk function including
Credit Portfolio Management across Asia Pacific countries, he has helped the Bank extend quality credits
for all major conglomerates & large corporates in Asia. Recognized for his excellent performance by his
organizations, he truly has contributed in helping the top management in steering the strategic growth &
risk strategies for all organizations he has worked for.
