Proposed learner name: _________________________________________________ This apprenticeship programme is designed for people who work with IT systems and software in a non-technical capacity. It is made up of qualifications and learning that will provide IT User apprentices with the skills and knowledge required to become competent in their chosen job role and is designed to ensure apprentices have an appropriate set of IT skills to operate in their specific chosen job role.
