Docket No. R2000-1
/
MOTION OF UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE
FOR LATE ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSE
TO INTERROGATORY OF UNITED PARCEL SERVICE
(UPS/USPS-16)
The United States Postal Service hereby moves for late acceptance of its
response to the following interrogatories of United Parcel Service: UPS/USPS-5
filed
on April 19,200O. This response, due on May 3, was delayed by an oversight during
the press of business. The response, however, consists simply of a reference to a
previously-filed library reference. Since the response adds no new information beyond
that already provided, no prejudice should result from the delay.
Respectfully submitted,
UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE
