NOTICE TO AUSTRALIAN CONSUMERS
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law
("ACL"). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for
any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired
or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a
major failure.
Guaranteed rights under the ACL apply to consumers, have no fixed time limit and may be
available after a manufacturer or extended warranty has expired.
The Lifetime Limited Warranty given by National Nail Corp is in addition to (and does not
exclude or modify in any way) any rights and remedies available to consumers under the ACL.
Nothing in this warranty document will exclude or modify any rights and remedies available to
consumers under the ACL.
Subject to any law to the contrary, the consumer bears the cost of making any warranty claim.
