Storing Period Performance Overview
Definition: The Store Period Performance feature enables you to track Actual Units and Actual
Costs by period – weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
 Purpose: Record actuals, planned value, and earned value data for the selected
financial period for trend analysis.
 If past period data changes after you store period performance, you can edit the data in
Financial Period columns in the Activity Table, the Resource Assignments window, or
the Resources tab in Activity Details.
 After each period update, open the Tools menu>Store Period Performance to update the
financial periods and zero out the current period.
Example:
The Actual This Period units accumulate in the Actual Units to Date.
