Show all easements, and setback information on the site plan. Show sign location. 3. If the sign requires a new electrical connection or will use existing connection provide electrical drawings. If the sign requires a structural foundation, provide engineer stamped drawings. The building department with review and approve the drawings as part of the sign permit review. The issuance of a permit, any inspections made or certificate of occupancy issued shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation of the International Building Codes, Land Development Code (LDC) or any other code or ordinance adopted by the City of Arvada.
