The Fox Motors Group hired Triangle to help plan and construct their new 25,000 square
foot Fox Subaru dealership. This new facility was constructed on newly obtained property
directly east of the current Subaru location which is part of the Delta Imports store. Triangle
worked during pre-construction with Concept Design Group to ensure an efficient building
design while reducing costs for the land development due to the long, narrow, and major
grade changes of the site. The resulting new facility has a two story precast service and parts
facility to accommodate the walk-out nature in the rear of the site.
Because the Subaru facility will be an extension of the neighboring Delta Imports facility,
Triangle safely coordinated site construction activities to ensure pedestrian safety as well
as ensure a presentable appearance at the high end import store. Triangle is now in the
process of a full showroom renovation at the Delta Imports store, reducing the store from
Subaru, Porsche and Audi to a split Porsche/Audi facility.
