The job: Management of Zoe Mode’s musical output across several videogames and business development strategies. Zoe Mode is the world’s
leading developer of party and music videogames, with titles published by Disney, Sony, Activision, 505 Games, EA across all gaming platforms: Wii,
xBox, PS2, PS3, PC, DS, iPhone, iPad, online and social. This role was a natural development from my music work with the studio since 2005.
Responsible for music solutions for all Zoe’s own marketing. This has provided me with a huge amount of knowledge in maximising budgets, music
synching, licensing, website development, identifying new streams of income, marketing event management and audience development strategy,
all from a musical point of view. Liaising with global entertainment publishers, media agencies and music labels, I manage a creative music and
audio team, reporting to the Audio Director.

The job: Remote management and training of a team of audio transcribers in Manila, Philippines, to coordinate the music data for forthcoming
global Guitar Hero releases.

Zoë Mode – for Disney Interactive Studios

This is an audio-visual and music development role for Disney’s latest marketing tool: a series of singing videogame releases called Disney Sing It.
The job: To lead a team of music transcribers and create a structure to manage asset conversion. Acquisition of game assets, liaising with the
producer and other leads, composition of vocal exercises for Sing It Pro. Music content is all current Disney catalogue so everyday contact is with
their publishing, licensing and synching departments both in London and the USA.

Zoë Mode – for SONY Computer Entertainment Europe

This is an audio-visual and music development role for a BAFTA Award winning series of videogames by Sony for Playstation2, SingStar! The job: To
produce exact midi transcriptions of vocal lines of songs; To engineer licensed audio to fit video. Involved the co-ordination of the audio, video
and music teams to meet tight delivery deadlines, managing databases alongside the development of a new piece of software SAM to manage
content assets and delivery of the game. All the music content is by global top-40 chart artistes and everyday contact was with their international
publishers, licensers and synching companies, in various languages, at mid levels of management. An eye for detail and absolute accuracy is
essential. To date, 67 titles released, global sales in excess of 14m units.

£1.1m for a regeneration and restoration project. Establish a music education programme and community embracing schemes in partnership with
the period instrument orchestra, The Hanover Band. To position The Old Market within the classical music scene, while opening the doors to the
wider community with the venue’s audience development programme.
