• Modeled to determine present sound distribution
• Looked at several ways to get wider distribution
• Central Speaker Cluster doesn’t work well
• Opted for two main locations
• Reduce feedback & improve gain (sound louder)
• Speakers will disburse better to circular shape
• Finished to minimize presence
• Auxiliary speakers to choir area and left of presider
• CHOIR PLATFORM
• Multiple monitor speakers & microphones
• Possible ceiling treatment (reflect sound & accommodate lights)
• Hearing Loop system for those with hearing aids
• Integrate organ components as required

VIDEO
• Focus was to provide better image and sound in remote locations
• Replace Camera with one that can pan, zoom, and tilt
• Ruled out multiple camera options
• Video Sound comes from sound system rather than camera
• Using sound from sound system enables us to control feedback
• Feeds will go to Family Room, Nursery, etc.
• Use ceiling mounted monitor in commons for extra seating
• Extendable to additional monitors in Family Room
• Continue to use portable screens for Vacation Bible School

Proposed lights all dimmable LED, “Warm” level
Choir has additional lighting from above & behind
Stained glass will be lit separately to show at night from outside
High Bay Area lit with LED low level tape lights when desired
Remainder lit from 4 primary fixtures + 3 smaller corner fixtures
Eliminate fluorescent indirect lighting we have now

• Eliminate below floor return air plenums
• Solve water infiltration
• Control outside noise and fresh air intake

• Provide wall returns near doors
• Replace 4 heat pump units
• Minimize noise
• Block off wood louvers
• Allow for fresh air to meet code standards
• Program sysyem for better temperature response

• Poorly lit because power was out

Happened before, not this bad, & cleaned as it fell
Working with foundation team, but unlikely water came from below

• Replaced with aluminum windows, bottom vents only
• Removing High Bay monitor windows to reflash the base portion
• Replacing other windows in building that lost seal
• Replace Skylights in commons

• Repaint and replace seams at joints
• Fix windows first, but paint before carpet
Carpet
• See samples on table
• Dance floor area thickness matches to eliminate rubber strip
Partitions
• Outward appearance similar, but better track system
• Last job in Family Room, likely a year from now

• Replace Stove with 6 burner unit and griddle
• Replace Deep Fat Fryer

• Replace and add shelving in Kitchen and Pantry areas

• Required to meet code when equipment replaced
• Improved air flow and temperature control
• Will have to install new ceiling and lighting
• Will also require roof access in chair storage room
Cooling Tower
• Replace “BAC” tower which is inoperative
• Work done during off season
• Connect drainage to sanitary system

Change Bronze Columbarium: replace “2010” with “Columbarium”
Replace sign portion of low sign at main entrance
