MAYPOLE CELEBRATION | Monday, May 1 | 7:15-8:30 pm [CG] Men, women and children: come celebrate mother nature’s
bounty of spring flowers ushering us into summer. Dance around the Maypole and sing! Following the Maypole at sunset we will
celebrate with a traditional fire ceremony from India, Agnihotra, that purifies the atmosphere and healing the environment and
everyone within 500 square miles. This event will be held indoors. Facilitated by Sylvia “Durga” Nofsinger. Suggested donation
$5, $10 or $20.
ADVANCED TAROT: REVERSALS & CHALLENGING CARDS | Wednesday, May 3 | 7-9 pm [AB] What are the meaning of
reversed cards? How do you deal with them in a reading and should you use them at all? Are challenging cards always
challenging? In this advanced class we will go deeper into the understanding of the Tarot by exploring the significance of these
cards and techniques to handle a negative reading. Taught by the Aquarian’s Master Astrologer and Tarot Intuitive, Susan

ASTRAL TRAVEL THROUGH THE CHAKRAS | Fridays, May 5 & 12 | 7-8:30 pm [CG] Let Sylvia shower you with the
vibrations of a Tibetan Singing Bowl and Gong Bath. You will be placed restorative yoga positions and sequences to align the
chakras. No experience required wear comfortable clothing. $25.
YOGA & MEDITATION: Mixed Levels | Saturdays, May 6, 13 & 20 | 10-11:10 am [CG] Integral Yoga includes traditional
Sanskrit chants, sun salutations, asanas (poses), guided relaxation, pranayama (breathing practices) and silent meditation. This

YOGA NIDRA & GONG BATH | Saturdays, May 6, 13 & 20 | 11:15 am-12 pm [CG] Yoga nidra is the “yogic sleep”. You are led
to relax the koshas (sheaths of body), breath and mind to reach anandamaya kosha (bliss sheath) which is our true nature. Yoga
nidra induces deep healing at the subconscious level. It is more relaxing than sleep. The gong bath induces theta waves tapping
into our inner healer. Facilitated by Sylvia. $10.
THE RUNIC JOURNEY: INTRO TO RUNES OF THE ELDER FUTHARK | Sundays, May 7, 14, 21 & 28 | 6:30-8:30 pm [AB]
Join Jasmine as she leads us on the path of discovering the history, tradition and practical application of runes. May 7: Learn the
history and origins of the Elder Futhark. May 14: Discover the meaning of the runes from Fehu to Othila. May 21: Learn to divine
the future and apply the magic of the runes to your own life. May 28: Practice reading runes and find new resources to continue

FULL MOON SHAMANIC JOURNEY | Wednesday, May 10 | 7-9 pm [CG] An experiential workshop in which Nick will precisely
guide you into the process of the shamanic journey. You will learn to recall important aspects of your “other-worldly” experience
and be assisted in integrating the experience for use in the real world. Potential benefits include connecting with a spirit animal or
Ancestral Guide, receiving spiritual messages, spontaneous healing of an emotional problem and others. Please eat lightly and

of Tarot. Explore the meaning of the major and minor arcana cards and learn to interpret through basic spreads. It’s a fun, hands on, and
