Twin-belt turning device for especially gentle alignment of sensitive bagged goods
Many industries place special
demands on the palletising of
bagged products, from which
some are highly sensitive. They
require solutions that know how
to handle high temperatures,
unusual flow characteristics,
and various bulk densities and
packaging materials. These are
demands that the BEUMER
paletpac® high-level palletisers
optimally meet in the low
performance range.
HIGH-LEVEL PALLETISER FOR
SENSITIVE BAGGED GOODS
BEUMER paletpac® systems stand out
for their excellent stacking quality and
reliability. They have multiple programmes
for all common packing patterns and can
be individually adapted to the various
requirements of the chemical and building
materials industries. The BEUMER pallet­
ising systems are excellently suited for
sensitive bagged goods such as plasters,
screeds, granulates, and powdered or
micronised chemical products.
The models in the low performance range
achieve a throughput of 600 to 2,500 bags
per hour. Their special design with the
ventilated stacking table or special coatings reduces friction. State-of-the-art
drive technology minimises noise and
wear. Energy-saving IE2 motors, productspecific turning devices and optimal
electric control ensure that the palletising
process is efficient, safe, and precise.

TWIN-BELT TURNING DEVICE
CLAMP TURNING DEVICE
The twin-belt turning device is an innovative and efficient system component
of the BEUMER paletpac® system that
prepares the packaging units especially
gently for palletising. The different speeds
of two separately driven conveyor belts
enable gentle handling – in particular for
the sensitive goods of the building materials, chemical, or food and beverage
industries.
The clamp turning device aligns bagged
goods with the help of a special gripping
clamp. This proven procedure is available
for all BEUMER paletpac® systems up
to a performance category of 2,500 bags
per hour.

The BEUMER robotpac® product line palletises and depalletises widely differing
packaging units with the aid of specially
conceived gripper elements. BEUMER’s
adaptation control ensures user-friendly

complex processes with varying basic
parameters are handled reliably and
economically.
BEUMER robotpac® systems stand out
especially for their energy efficiency and

The finger gripper is a high-capacity tool
for bags with good form stability. It can
palletise up to 1,200 bags per hour.
When bags with good form stability are to
be palletised in high quantities, the doublefinger gripper is the right module: It can
position up to 1,900 bags per hours for
palletising.
Whether bagged goods or cardboard
packaging, the fork gripper has both
types firmly in grip whilst gently handling
products and placing them down precisely.
For example, it can process up to 600
bags per hour.
The powerful double-fork gripper stacks
bagged goods and cardboard packaging
at up to 900 bags per hour – for instance,
by moving two bags per pass.
For packages with suctionable surfaces,
the suction gripper is recommended: It
can stack up to 400 packages per hour
whilst handling the product gently. It can
also be used to reliably palletise unstable
packaged goods.
Integration of an additional pallet gripper
module makes it possible, for example, to
automatically feed empty pallets without
using an additional empty pallet handling
system.
For packages with good form stability
and parallel side walls, that is for palletising
cartons, the parallel gripper is the right
choice: It can stack up to 600 cartons
per hour.
Special gripper modules are developed
for highly customised requirements
and specially designed for the specific
products and features.
