Introduction
 Hi I’m a sailfish and I grow up to 11 feet long. I can
weigh up to 200 pounds. My family are Billfishes. My
class are bony fishes. My order is perchlike fish. I can
swim up to 68 miles per hour.
What Do I Look Like?
 My belly is Silver. I have a blue, and silver back. My
nose is long like Pinocchio. My fin at the top of me is
colored it also helps me swim. All Sailfish are different.
I’m also scaly.
Where Are You Found?
 I am found in worldwide oceans and Coral Reefs. The
warm water helps me swim faster. I travel a lot and I
never stop moving I keep on going. If I stop something
can eat me. I come up close in the summer.
What Do I Eat? What’s Eating Me?
 I eat Salmon, sea plants, and a lot of other fish. Any
kind of big animals eat me. For example any whales
any sharks they eat me. No small fish can eat me
because I’m so BIG! Only big mammals eat me. I find
more food like fish and bait in the Coral Reefs, I get
eaten in the ocean.
Conclusion
 When you see a Sailfish you wont forget it. The sail in
Sailfish means sailing through the water or the air.
While I sail through the water hitting fish and killing
them then I grab them and eat it. As I sail through the
air that mean I’m trying to get away from a shark. I
look like a Blue Marlin, and a Swordfish.
