 Position No. of Subordinates Primary Responsibilities and Duties Senior Marketing Manager 3 MARKETING 50% ƒ Develop marketing plans for each of their designated country/regions, using the agreed planning template and as a subset of the Navitas Group’s Strategic Marketing Plan. ƒ Work to the strict UKBA and College guidelines in terms of Tier 4 sponsorship so that the recruitment process is consistent with the college’s vision and ethos. ƒ Develop and maintain a broad understanding of all Navitas programmes and to positively promote Navitas at external recruitment fairs and other recruitment events ƒ Successfully recruit students in assigned market areas to meet enrolment goals ƒ Develop and nurture relationships with recruiting agents promoting study at Navitas ƒ Participate in the training of agents and ensure that they receive regular supplies of current promotional materials and information about Navitas and its programmes ƒ Visit schools and colleges, speak to groups and individual students to publicize Navitas programmes ƒ Work cooperatively with their Host University to translate identified needs into recruitment goals ƒ Participate in the training of UK based recruitment agents ƒ Lead in the preparation and analysis of statistical data and trends relating to the performance of student recruitment as required, including the compilation and analysis of statistical data and produce quarterly reports to inform recruitment strategy and programme development ƒ Research and organise information and prepare presentations for prospective students, their advisers and other relevant organisations ƒ Develop an extensive knowledge and understanding of the host University and its degree programmes and provide detailed admissions advice and guidance to prospective students to inform their decision making ƒ Manage effective customer relationship management systems ƒ Participate actively in the Orientation programmes ƒ Manage electronic enquiries ƒ Provide up to the minute market intelligence on trends and recruitment patterns to the College Director and Director of Marketing and Recruitment for purposes of new course development ƒ Implement cost effective, marketing strategies and sales/recruitment tactics underpinned by comprehensive market research ƒ Grow the College’s business base and student numbers using risk‐based market management techniques. ƒ Align marketing and sales activities with budget objectives in order to achieve maximum profitability for Navitas Ltd. ƒ

Undertake promotional and public relations activities to launch new and/or revitalised education products. Track and analyse market trends, coordinate market research and feedback surveys and provide data analysis reports to inform both the strategic direction of the marketing process Prepare quarterly reports on the specific market regions being mined matching expenditure against budget, outcomes against objectives and making recommendations for more effective management of the marketing resource allocated to each of the regions Undertake international travel as required and in accordance with College Policy and Regulations Liaise with counterparts within the Host University’s International Office as part of the College’s embedding strategy and joint marketing initiatives defined within the marketing plan Participate in the College’s retention and internal marketing plan Other duties as required by the Director of Marketing and Recruitment MANAGEMENT 30% ƒ Manage and mentor Marketing Managers on a day to day basis in all areas of marketing and recruitment ƒ Participate in the performance reviews of each Marketing Manager ƒ Manage recruitment budgets with a view to optimizing student recruitment ƒ Manage the Marketing Team’s records management process ƒ Create and update country briefing files, including the management of all trip reports ƒ Ensure Marketing Team’s compliance with the regulatory framework (both UKBA and CRIC) governing the marketing, sales/recruitment and admissions functions. ƒ Manage the coordination of visits by staff of both the College and University to specific countries and regions, ensuring that appropriate and comprehensive briefing activities are undertaken prior to travel ƒ Manage comprehensive training programmes for recruitment agents, members of the International Office of their host University and other members of the Navitas network ƒ Other duties as required by the Director of Marketing and Recruitment MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS 15% ƒ Manage the Colleges online presence both externally and internally ƒ Assist in the development and revision of marketing and promotional materials. ƒ Maintain and wherever possible improve the competitive position of CRIC in designated markets through the use of effective e‐marketing tactics, in line with the Group’s strategic marketing plan ƒ Other duties as required by the Director of Marketing and Recruitment ADMISSIONS 5% ƒ Advise students and families regarding educational opportunities and options, admissions and other requirements, procedures and transfer of credits as appropriate. ƒ Assist students in the transfer of their study programme from the College to the University. ƒ Assist admissions during peak periods. ƒ Other duties as required by the Director of Marketing and Recruitment Signed and agreed Signed and approved _____________________________________ Senior Marketing Manager Date _________________ Mr Peter Mayadunne ________________________________ Director of Marketing and Recruitment Date _________________
