All planned papers for workshops/special sessions will undergo the same review process as the ones in regular sessions. Proposals should be submitted in ELECTRONIC FORMAT to Long Wang, the Workshop/Special Session Chair. Important Deadlines: February 15, 2016: Workshop/Special session proposal deadline; April 25, 2016: Acceptance notification; May 8, 2016: Full papers due to be submitted through the regular submission site (marked for appropriate special sessions). Manuscripts should be written in English with a single-column, single-space format. Each paper should not be shorter than 10 pages including figures and references. Authors should submit their manuscripts to the ICIC2016 by the On-Line System (http://www.ic-ic.org/icg/index.asp).
