CALL FOR PAPERS
The 2016 Twelfth International Conference on Intelligent Computing (ICIC2016) will be held on August 2-5, 2016,
in Lanzhou, China. This conference will be technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Computational Intelligence
Society as well as the International Society of Neural Networks, and financially supported by the Natural Science
Foundation of China. The conference invites new and original submissions addressing theoretical and practical
topics in intelligent computing fields including (but not limited to these topics):

WORKSHOPS/SPECIAL SESSIONS: The ICIC 2016 Program Committee is inviting proposals for workshops
or special sessions. All planned papers for workshops/special sessions will undergo the same review process as
the ones in regular sessions. Proposals should be submitted in ELECTRONIC FORMAT to Long Wang, the
Workshop/Special Session Chair. Important Deadlines: February 15, 2016: Workshop/Special session
proposal deadline; April 25, 2016: Acceptance notification; May 8, 2016: Full papers due to be submitted
through the regular submission site (marked for appropriate special sessions).
Manuscripts should be written in English with a single-column, single-space format. Each paper should not be
shorter than 10 pages including figures and references. Authors should submit their manuscripts to the
ICIC2016 by the On-Line System (http://www.ic-ic.org/icg/index.asp). Please visit the conference web site at
