Watchtower Study Scripture List for Mar 25 2012
(Col 3:23) Whatever YOU are doing, work at it whole-souled as to Jehovah, and not to men,
(Col 2:13-14) Furthermore, though YOU were dead in YOUR trespasses and in the uncircumcised state
of YOUR flesh, [God] made YOU alive together with him. He kindly forgave us all our trespasses 14 and
blotted out the handwritten document against us, which consisted of decrees and which was in opposition
to us; and He has taken it out of the way by nailing it to the torture stake.
(Ga 3:24) Consequently the Law has become our tutor leading to Christ, that we might be declared
righteous due to faith.
(1Pe 2:5) YOU yourselves also as living stones are being built up a spiritual house for the purpose of a
holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
(Ro 12:1) Consequently I entreat YOU by the compassions of God, brothers, to present YOUR bodies a
sacrifice living, holy, acceptable to God, a sacred service with YOUR power of reason.
(Col 3:18-24) YOU wives, be in subjection to [your] husbands, as it is becoming in [the] Lord. 19 YOU
husbands, keep on loving [your] wives and do not be bitterly angry with them. 20 YOU children, be
obedient to [your] parents in everything, for this is well-pleasing in [the] Lord. 21 YOU fathers, do not be
exasperating your children, so that they do not become downhearted. 22 YOU slaves, be obedient in
everything to those who are [your] masters in a fleshly sense, not with acts of eye-service, as men
pleasers, but with sincerity of heart, with fear of Jehovah. 23 Whatever YOU are doing, work at it wholesouled as to Jehovah, and not to men, 24 for YOU know that it is from Jehovah YOU will receive the due
reward of the inheritance. SLAVE for the Master, Christ.
(Isa 43:10) “YOU are my witnesses,” is the utterance of Jehovah, “even my servant whom I have chosen,
in order that YOU may know and have faith in me, and that YOU may understand that I am the same
One. Before me there was no God formed, and after me there continued to be none.
(2Co 6:3-4) In no way are we giving any cause for stumbling, that our ministry might not be found fault
with; 4 but in every way we recommend ourselves as God’s ministers, by the endurance of much, by
tribulations, by cases of need, by difficulties,
(2Co 6:9) as being unknown and yet being recognized, as dying and yet, look! we live, as disciplined and
yet not delivered to death,
(Ex 23:19) “The best of the first ripe fruits of your ground you are to bring to the house of Jehovah your
God. “You must not boil a kid in its mother’s milk.
(Heb 10:7) Then I said, ‘Look! I am come (in the roll of the book it is written about me) to do your will, O
God.’”
(Isa 48:17-18) This is what Jehovah has said, your Repurchaser, the Holy One of Israel: “I, Jehovah, am
your God, the One teaching you to benefit [yourself], the One causing you to tread in the way in which
you should walk. 18 O if only you would actually pay attention to my commandments! Then your peace
would become just like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea.
(Le 11:44) For I am Jehovah YOUR God; and YOU must sanctify yourselves and YOU must prove
yourselves holy, because I am holy. So YOU must not make YOUR souls unclean by any swarming
creature that moves upon the earth.
(1Ti 1:11) according to the glorious good news of the happy God, with which I was entrusted.
(Le 6:25) “Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the law of the sin offering: In the place where the
burnt offering is regularly slaughtered the sin offering will be slaughtered before Jehovah. It is a most holy
thing.
(Le 7:1) “‘And this is the law of the guilt offering: It is something most holy.
(1Jo 2:15-17) Do not be loving either the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the
love of the Father is not in him; 16 because everything in the world—the desire of the flesh and the desire
of the eyes and the showy display of one’s means of life—does not originate with the Father, but
originates with the world. 17 Furthermore, the world is passing away and so is its desire, but he that does
the will of God remains forever.
(Isa 2:4) And he will certainly render judgment among the nations and set matters straight respecting
many peoples. And they will have to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning
shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore.
(Re 18:4) And I heard another voice out of heaven say: “Get out of her, my people, if YOU do not want to
share with her in her sins, and if YOU do not want to receive part of her plagues.
(Col 3:5-6) Deaden, therefore, YOUR body members that are upon the earth as respects fornication,
uncleanness, sexual appetite, hurtful desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. 6 On account of those
things the wrath of God is coming.
(Heb 13:16) Moreover, do not forget the doing of good and the sharing of things with others, for with such
sacrifices God is well pleased.
(Joh 13:34-35) I am giving YOU a new commandment, that YOU love one another; just as I have loved
YOU, that YOU also love one another. 35 By this all will know that YOU are my disciples, if YOU have love
among yourselves.”
(Col 1:10) in order to walk worthily of Jehovah to the end of fully pleasing [him] as YOU go on bearing
fruit in every good work and increasing in the accurate knowledge of God,
(Heb 10:23) Let us hold fast the public declaration of our hope without wavering, for he is faithful that
promised.
(Heb 13:15) Through him let us always offer to God a sacrifice of praise, that is, the fruit of lips which
make public declaration to his name.
(Ho 14:2) Take with yourselves words and come back to Jehovah. Say to him, all YOU people, ‘May you
pardon error; and accept what is good, and we will offer in return the young bulls of our lips.
(1Th 5:17) Pray incessantly.
(Heb 10:24-25) And let us consider one another to incite to love and fine works, 25 not forsaking the
gathering of ourselves together, as some have the custom, but encouraging one another, and all the
more so as YOU behold the day drawing near.
(Ps 141:2) May my prayer be prepared as incense before you, The raising up of my palms as the evening
grain offering.
(Re 5:8) And when he took the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before
the Lamb, having each one a harp and golden bowls that were full of incense, and the [incense] means
the prayers of the holy ones.
(Ex 30:34-37) And Jehovah went on to say to Moses: “Take to yourself perfumes: stacte drops and
onycha and perfumed galbanum and pure frankincense. There should be the same portion of each.
35
And you must make it into an incense, a spice mixture, the work of an ointment maker, salted, pure,
something holy. 36 And you must pound some of it into fine powder and put some of it before the
Testimony in the tent of meeting, where I shall present myself to you. It should be most holy to YOU
people. 37 And the incense that you will make with this composition, YOU must not make for yourselves.
For you it is to continue as something holy to Jehovah.
(Le 10:1-2) Later on Aaron’s sons Na′dab and A·bi′hu took up and brought each one his fire holder and
put fire in them and placed incense upon it, and they began offering before Jehovah illegitimate fire,
which he had not prescribed for them. 2 At this a fire came out from before Jehovah and consumed them,
so that they died before Jehovah.
(Mr 12:41-44) And he sat down with the treasury chests in view and began observing how the crowd was
dropping money into the treasury chests; and many rich people were dropping in many coins. 42 Now a
poor widow came and dropped in two small coins, which have very little value. 43 So he called his
disciples to him and said to them: “Truly I say to YOU that this poor widow dropped in more than all those
dropping money into the treasury chests; 44 for they all dropped in out of their surplus, but she, out of her
want, dropped in all of what she had, her whole living.”
(Php 4:15-19) In fact, YOU Phi·lip′pi·ans, also know that at [the] start of declaring the good news, when I
departed from Mac·e·do′ni·a, not a congregation took a share with me in the matter of giving and
receiving, except YOU alone; 16 because, even in Thes·sa·lo·ni′ca, YOU sent something to me both once
and a second time for my need. 17 Not that I am earnestly seeking the gift, but that I am earnestly seeking
the fruitage that brings more credit to YOUR account. 18 However, I have all things in full and have an
abundance. I am filled, now that I have received from E·paph·ro·di′tus the things from YOU, a sweetsmelling odor, an acceptable sacrifice, well-pleasing to God. 19 In turn, my God will fully supply all YOUR
need to the extent of his riches in glory by means of Christ Jesus.
(Mt 6:33) “Keep on, then, seeking first the kingdom and his righteousness, and all these [other] things will
be added to YOU.
(Lu 6:38) Practice giving, and people will give to YOU. They will pour into YOUR laps a fine measure,
pressed down, shaken together and overflowing. For with the measure that YOU are measuring out, they
will measure out to YOU in return.”
(Re 4:11) “You are worthy, Jehovah, even our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power,
because you created all things, and because of your will they existed and were created.”
(1Jo 4:10) The love is in this respect, not that we have loved God, but that he loved us and sent forth his
Son as a propitiatory sacrifice for our sins.
(2Co 5:14-15) For the love the Christ has compels us, because this is what we have judged, that one
man died for all; so, then, all had died; 15 and he died for all that those who live might live no longer for
themselves, but for him who died for them and was raised up.
(1Ti 2:3-4) This is fine and acceptable in the sight of our Savior, God, 4 whose will is that all sorts of men
should be saved and come to an accurate knowledge of truth.
(1Jo 5:3) For this is what the love of God means, that we observe his commandments; and yet his
commandments are not burdensome,
