Class participation: All students are expected to participate in class discussions, group work, field trips,
etc. The participation will be in a mature manner which reflects the high expectations that I and other
teachers have of you at the high school
Submitting Work: Work is expected to be turned in on the due date. If the work is late, it will receive a
30% deduction. Late work must be turned-in, directly to me! Please do not copy, cut, and paste or copy,
cut, and paste, then change some words. Both ways are plagiarism and are considered cheating and will
result in a failing score.
Use of Electronic Devices: We will be using our “smart devices” for projects and classwork. However,
it is by permission from Mr. Nigbor only. Electronic devices will not be tolerated unless otherwise noted. I
will follow the school district policy found in your handbook relating to confiscation. Additionally, during
projects, if you are found to be on a different website, app., program, etc., during class time, we will just do
lecture, note taking, and testing the rest of the year. Please don’t spoil it!!!
