These channels include loan services, insurance and credit cards so that customers can earn and collect points more easily. It will also offer a special promotion every month starting with the “Krungsri Yellow Points for iPad Mini” campaign, in which the bank will give away 30 iPad Minis over three months, beginning this July. Mr. Dan Harsono, Head of Marketing, Bank of Ayudhya Plc., said: “The Krungsri Yellow Points campaign is a loyalty program that Krungsri uses to express gratitude to our customers in the form of reward points. Customers can collect points and trade them for goods and services that meet their lifestyle needs. Customers will earn points when they make money transactions via ATMs or Krungsri Online which includes service and bill payments, value top-up for mobile phones, cash withdrawals across service zones via ATMs, credit cards applications, and spending through debit cards.” “Today we are expanding the Krungsri Yellow Points network to offer customers opportunities to earn and collect points more easily via several channels. When they make transactions with Krungsri, be they personal, home or SME loans or insurance, they will receive Krungsri Yellow Points in proportion to the transactions made. Importantly, these points are transferrable. Reward points from credit cards under the Krungsri Group can also be converted to Yellow Points and redeemed for rewards.” Aside from expanding Krungsri Yellow Points collection channels, Krungsri is also increasing the variety of reward types to better attract customers. Every month it will hold a special “Best Deal of the Month”. This promotion will allow customers to use a small amount of Krungsri Yellow Points to trade for air tickets, hotel rooms, iPads or iPad Minis. Between July and September, customers need only 6,000 Krungsri Yellow Points to trade for an iPad Mini, 10 units being offered per month, totaling 30 units in three months. This promotion is available via www.krungsri.com only. “Krungsri Yellow Points is a corporate marketing strategy that will bring Krungsri and its customers closer. It also opens an opportunity for customers to use Krungsri’s various services or products. In the future, we plan to expand Krungsri Yellow Points collection channels to other businesses under the Krungsri Group including Krungsri Auto, Krungsri First Choice and Srisawad Ngern Tid Lor,” said Mr. Dan. - Ends - About Bank of Ayudhya Plc – Krungsri Group Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (BAY) is the fifth-largest commercial bank in Thailand, with 68 years of history in the country.
