coupled with poverty/malnutrition ->significantly higher mortality (synergistic

increase. TB - associated with poverty, overcrowding, Dickens, 3rd World, and
now increasing because of AIDS and 6 month duration of drug regime (& hence
development of resistance)

of fat bastards in developed countries, rarely seen in developing countries since
they can't afford the high fat/low activity life style needed.
