What is Astym therapy?
Astym treatment is regenerative physical/occupational therapy that resolves many frustrating
musculoskeletal cases, including tendinopathies and post-op or post-injury scarring. Astym treatment is one
of the most researched and effective therapy interventions available, and it is unmatched in its ability to
resolve a wide range of soft tissue dysfunctions. The Astym process includes the non-invasive
