RESIDENTIAL SERVICE
AVAILABILITY
Available throughout the area served by the Cooperative to individual residences and
individually metered dwelling units in multiple-occupancy buildings where the use is for
residential purposes and for farm operations where electricity for both farm and
residential purposes is delivered through the same meter, subject to the established rules
and regulations of the Cooperative. Without the written permission of the Cooperative,
the rated capacity of single-phase motors shall not be in excess of five horsepower (5 hp).
TYPE OF SERVICE
Single-phase or three-phase, 60 hertz, at standard secondary voltages of the Cooperative.
RATE
Energy Charge of:
All kWh per Summer month (Jun - Oct) at 7.6 cents per kWh
All kWh per Winter month (Nov - May) at 7.0 cents per kWh
Plus Consumer Charge of:
$8.60 per month
MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL
The minimum monthly bill under the above rate shall be the consumer charge.
PURCHASED POWER COST ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE
The rates per month shall be increased or decreased by one-tenth mill per kilowatt-hour
for each one-tenth mill or major fraction thereof by which the Cooperative's average cost
of purchased power sold during the most recent month exceeds or is less than 4.8 cents
per kilowatt-hour. Adjustment for over or under recovery shall be made in the
succeeding month. If the charges paid by the Cooperative for wholesale power are
retroactively reduced, the Cooperative will recalculate the charges for electric service and
adjust the next month's bill to consumers to reflect the excess collected, or seek the
approval of the Public Service Commission for any other method of refund.
PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY FRANCHISE TAX
A charge each month of 0.062 cents per kWh shall be applied to all kWh sales.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The above rates are net, the gross rate being 1.5 percent higher. In the event the current
monthly bill is not paid within 20 days after the rendition of the bill, the gross rate shall
apply. If the bill remains unpaid before the end of the next nominal billing period, an
additional charge to be made equal to 1.5 percent will be assessed on any portion of the
original amount which remains unpaid at the time, and at the end of the second nominal
billing interval, an additional charge to be made equal to 2 percent will be assessed on
any portion of the original amount which remains unpaid at that time.

AVAILABILITY
Available to commercial and industrial consumers and all schools, churches and community
halls throughout the area served by the Cooperative for all uses, subject to the established
rules and regulations of the Cooperative.
TYPE OF SERVICE
Single-phase or three-phase where facilities are available, 60 hertz, at standard voltages of
the Cooperative.
RATE
Demand Charge of:
No charge for the first 25 kilowatts of billing demand
$8.91 per month per kilowatt of billing demand for all remaining kilowatts
Plus Energy Charge of:
6.9 cents per kWh for the first 8,500 kWh per Summer month (Jun - Oct)
3.7 cents per kWh for all over 8,500 kWh per Summer month (Jun - Oct)
6.5 cents per kWh for the first 8,500 kWh per Winter month (Nov - May)
3.7 cents per kWh for all over 8,500 kWh per Winter month (Nov - May)
Plus Consumer Charge of:
$12.87 per month for single-phase consumers served at secondary voltage
$18.41 per month for three-phase consumers served at secondary voltage
$20.57 per month for three-phase consumers served at primary voltage
DETERMINATION OF BILLING DEMAND
The highest 15-minute integrated kilowatt demand occurring during the billing month or 50
percent of the highest 15-minute integrated kilowatt demand occurring in any of the
preceding eleven months, whichever is greater, shall be used for billing purposes, except that
the billing demand shall not in any case be less than 50 percent of the maximum kilowatt
capacity contracted for nor less than 25 kilowatts.
POWER FACTOR
The consumer agrees to maintain unity power factor as nearly as practicable. The
Cooperative reserves the right to measure the power factor. Should such measurements
indicate that the average power factor is less than 90 percent, demand for billing purposes
shall be the demand as indicated or recorded by the demand meter multiplied by 90 percent
and divided by the percent power factor. Such adjustments to measured demand shall be
made until subsequent tests indicate an improvement in power factor. Tests shall be made at
the request of the consumer upon completion of remedial measure

SCHEDULE GS-10 (continued)
Sheet 64
MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL
The minimum monthly charge shall be the consumer charge plus the demand charge as
determined above.
PRIMARY SERVICE
A discount of 5 percent of the total bill excluding the purchased power cost adjustment charge
and the consumer charge will be allowed when the service is metered and delivered at primary
voltage and the consumer owns, installs, and maintains all transforming and protective
equipment.
PURCHASED POWER COST ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE
The rates per month shall be increased or decreased by one-tenth mill per kilowatt-hour for each
one-tenth mill or major fraction thereof by which the Cooperative's average cost of purchased
power sold during the most recent month exceeds or is less than 4.8 cents per kilowatt-hour.
Adjustment for over or under recovery shall be made in the succeeding month. If the charges
paid by the Cooperative for wholesale power are retroactively reduced, the Cooperative will
recalculate the charges for electric service and adjust the next month's bill to consumers to reflect
the excess collected, or seek the approval of the Public Service Commission for any other method
of refund.
PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY FRANCHISE TAX
A charge each month of 0.062 cents per kWh shall be applied to all kWh sales.
CONTRACT
A contract will be required where the estimated capacity requirement is 1,000 KVA capacity or
more. Where special investment is made to serve a consumer, a contract may be required. The
term of contract will not be less than one year. Temporary service will not normally require a
contract.
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Without the written permission of the Cooperative, the rated capacity of single-phase motors shall
not be in excess of five horsepower (5 hp).
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The above rates are net, the gross rate being 1.5 percent higher. In the event the current monthly
bill is not paid within 20 days after the rendition of the bill, the gross rate shall apply. If the bill
remains unpaid before the end of the next nominal billing period, an additional charge to be made
equal to 1.5 percent will be assessed on any portion of the original amount which remains unpaid
at the time, and at the end of the second nominal billing interval, an additional charge to be made
equal to 2 percent will be assessed on any portion of the original amount which remains unpaid at
that time.

TRANSMISSION SERVICE
AVAILABILITY
Available to consumers throughout the area served by the Cooperative for all uses,
subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative.
TYPE OF SERVICE
Three-phase, 60 hertz, at the Cooperative's nominal transmission voltage of 66 kilovolts.
RATE
Demand Charge of:
$9.49 per kilowatt of billing demand for all kilowatts
Plus Energy Charge of:
2.5 cents per kWh for all energy consumed
Plus Consumer Charge of:
$939.00 per month
DETERMINATION OF BILLING DEMAND
The billing demand shall be determined each month and shall be the consumer's
integrated demand for the 60-minute period most nearly coincident with the
Cooperative's wholesale monthly billing demand for the billing period, except that the
billing demand shall not in any case be less than 50 percent of the greatest measured
60-minute coincident demand occurring in any of the preceding eleven months nor less
than 50 percent of the maximum kilowatt capacity contracted for.
POWER FACTOR
The power factor of the consumer shall be maintained as near unity as practicable and
shall be not less than 90 percent lagging at the time of measurement of the billing
demand. If the power factor is found to be below 90 percent lagging at the time of the
billing demand, the consumer shall rearrange existing or install additional power factor
corrective equipment so as to raise the power factor of its load to at least 90 percent
lagging. Such corrective equipment shall be so controlled as not to cause the power
factor to become leading at any time. Until sufficient corrective action has been taken,
the demand for billing purposes shall be the demand as indicated or recorded by the
demand meter multiplied by 90 percent and divided by the percent power factor.
MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL
The consumer charge plus the demand charge as determined above shall be the minimum
charge in any month during the term of the contract.
