SERVICE OF INDUSTRIAL COOLING EQUIPMENT AND FREEZERS FOR COLD FOOD AND NON-ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES
Through our own technical staff education we have created a service network that quickly and
effectively maintains all industrial cooling equipment which serves to keep the food and nonalcoholic beverages, to preserve the quality and viability of the products, until its consummation.
We are greatly aware of related threats and how important is to maintain adequate temperature
for certain types of food and drinks. On the other hand, some food items, whether at the stage of
raw material, semi-product and ultimately the final product, without refrigeration cannot be used
at all (Eg. meat and processed meat products, fish, shellfish, milk and dairy products, ice cream,
egg-based products, ....).
If a certain food is insufficiently refrigerated to the required temperature, it causes its decay and
deterioration which ultimately means an unusable and unhealthy food product.
Consumption of these products can impair the health of those who consume them, and for
health-risk groups (children, older and less resistant population), the consequences can
sometimes be very serious.
As a bad seed usually gives a bad fruit, so the quality of the product depends on its ingredients,
methods of conservation and adequate quality maintenance of these ingredients, that is the
whole product.
Food and drink are man's daily needs so it is very important that they are approached with
respect. To take care of what sustains us means to care about the product - "from the field to a
table".
At this moment we will focus on stages of our food chain in which the use of cooling techniques
and technologies are of utmost importance.
In these phases the consumers appear directly so our presence in activities regarding product
placement are the most evident.
We are talking about the cooling equipment that is subject to failure or poor performance due to
many reasons.
For every food product has its time in which it can "exist" in inadequate technical requirements,
but in any case this period is not long.
By adequate, timely, professional and unobtrusive, or better yet – silent and responsive reaction
to these situations we are saving food products and its durability, reducing the risk of
deterioration or failure of the products.
It seems simple and clear to everyone, but....
The market is turbulent and demanding audience. To describe it lively, it looks like this: every
village, every town and city has a street. In every street there are people living and working,
shops are open, hotels, restaurants, canteens, kindergartens, schools, homes… To preserve a
large number of food products they need, each of them has to have and use a cooling device.
But the fact is that a large number of cooling equipment malfunctions on a daily basis. If this
figure adds to the mechanical defects, the figure is quite significant.
For example, if a fridge of 300-400 liters capacity, filled only by half and with potentially rapidly
perishable products, the losses due to poor or slow cooling equipment service in this city can be
expressed in tons, on a daily basis. To reduce such unnecessary daily loss of food to its
minimum it is necessary to have a well - organized, motivated and professional teams that come
directly to the customer, leaving behind continuously usable and edible food products. We call it
- working in the manner of good and caring master.
The speed and responsiveness – a sentence that has been repeated for many times. To
illustrate: quickly to our team means to be there when a technical problem occurs, but with
minimum costs. This means to always have the necessary tools and spare parts and also the
skill to achieve the optimal reaction rate.
Responsiveness to our team means to fight for sustainability of products by quality and prompt
service and thus help the manufacturer maintain the quality status of their products. It also
means to reduce damage of food products deterioration to the lowest possible level, and through
long-term satisfaction of our clients to perceive the level of trust in good and efficient service we
provide.
One likes to remember the not so distant past when people were looking forward to rain that
cultivated fields. When one rejoiced good winds and birds that dispersed the seed around and
mourned the time of great droughts or storms, since they knew that if the nature destroys their
efforts, there would be no food.
Sometime one likes to comment on this in a dramatic manner, but in fact very often and
unconsciously by his carelessness, negligence, ignorance, and unfortunately by intention, one
causes or permits a damage greater than storms, floods or droughts to occur.
One’s essence is a positive improvement harmonized with nature. This progress is a motivating,
positive and satisfying force.
If food and drink is something one cannot continue to exist without, in barely one moment we
realize why and with what amount of care and reverence we have to have a strict, systematic,
detailed, controlled and comprehensive system to protect and preserve foods and food products.
Living through our work we have managed to create a distinctive service system Alkop - SA.
This system is stable but constantly innovative, while simple at the same time. We are always
ready for questions and glad when our answer returns knowledge that is accepted easily. This
kind of system is sustainable, unlimited by time and space because it always has the will,
emotions and knowledge - timeless forces that enable the mind to develop and quickly adapt to
new challenges and allow hands to create. This is the wheel of what binds us to the roots, and
pushes into the new, into the future.
