ACLS Provider Agenda Prerequisites and Successful Completion The following are pre-requisites to participation in this program: Healthcare professional who, by the nature of their job, has a duty to respond and provide resuscitative efforts and active participation in emergency medicine. Have current BLS Healthcare Provider status. Have current or recently expired (<30 days) ACLS Provider status. Have completed and returned pre-test 24 hours prior to ACLS Provider course. The following are required to successfully complete this program: Successfully perform all core ACLS skills and cases. Full participation in the ACLS Reaffirmation program.
