Abstract - These instructions give basic guidelines for
preparing manuscripts to submit mathematical problems in
telecommunications for the MTPT event, or solutions to the
proposed problems.
Keywords - Include a maximum of six kewords.
Margins
Paper size is A4 (21.029.7cm). Set left and right margins to
1.5 cm. Top and bottom margins must be 2.5 and 4.0 cm,
respectively. Text must be formatted in two columns of 8.6
cm width and 0.8 cm spacing between them.

A. General format

Photographs, figures and tables must be placed in their
proper location within the text.

All figures and tables must have separate sequential
numbering, above tables and underneath figures, as shown
in Table 1 and Fig. 1 above.
B. Equation numbering
Times New Roman or Times Roman fonts should be used.
The body of the text must be typed in 10pts, single space.
Each equation should be on a separate line. They should
have a right justified sequence number (1).
Papers should be no longer than eight pages.

B. Title
The title (12pt, bold, all caps) must be page-centered, taking
the width of the two columns. Author’s names (10pt) and
full addresses (10pt) should follow on separate lines.
All bibliographic references must appear at the end of the
paper, in a separate section entitled “REFERENCES”. The
adequate format for various kinds of publications is
exemplified at the end of this text. Citations in the paper are
indicated by reference numbers within brackets [1].

Headings or titles of major parts of the text, for instance II.
MANUSCRIPTS, and subsection titles (e. g. C. Headings)
should be distinct and stand out from the text itself. Capitals
for section titles and italic for subsection should be used.
Do not insert page numbers.

Figures and tables should be placed as close as possible to
their first mention in the text.

F. Symbols and acronyms
Use of the symbols and unit of the International System (SI)
is recommended. All acronyms should be defined at the time
of their first occurrence.

DOC, RTF or PDF, by e-mail to [email protected].
