
Note 1: The lowest amount that can be ordered is 50 µMol. Total crude yield of a 50 µMol scale
synthesis can be calculated by using the formula:
Expected Yield (in mg) = (synthesis scale x molecular weight of the peptide) / 1000
- For example:
Peptide with the amino acid sequence SIINFEKL (8 amino acids) Mw: 963.14 da.
The expected yield of a 50 µMol scale synthesis (crude) = (50 x 963.14) / 1000 = 48.2 mg
