We are currently having a vacancy for the role of National Marketing Coordinator working at our Melbourne
Office.
About the Role
This role is suited to applicants who demonstrate a high level of customer service, administration,
marketing and analytic support for all sales and marketing products and services on a national basis for
Wilson Parking Australia. Working closely with the National Sales and Marketing manager, you will assist in
the full coordination of all day to day and strategic activities for the Sales and Marketing team. You will also
provide analysis and reporting for Wilson Parking’s range of products and services in order to measure,
develop and improve our business.
Key responsibilities will include maintenance and coordination of all sales and marketing campaigns under
the direction of the National Sales & Marketing Manager including; reporting, analysis, planning & project
management. You will work directly with the National Sales and Marketing Manager in a small team that
drives product development and innovation and supports each of Wilson Parking’s Australian branches.
Responsibilities:







Maintaining sales, marketing, promotional database.
Assisting in customer service resolution by investigating data and history; identifying issues;
notifying managers and customers.
Providing product, promotion, and pricing information when clarifying customer requests.
Preparing sales & marketing presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats
and materials.
Assist, support and coordinate manager in performing daily sales & marketing activities.
Analyse markets and data in order to identify new sales and business opportunities.
Handle promotional materials and coordinate advertising
To be successful in this role you will have:










Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated customer service experience
Excellent Microsoft Office skills & computer literacy
Ability to analyse and interpret data
Demonstrated business awareness
Interpersonal competences and presentation skills
Proven data entry skills
Experience in preparing and delivering regular Reports
Ability to work under pressure
Good planning and organization skills
