Terms & Conditions
It is understood that Jessica Brandi Lifland is the exclusive event photographer hired to be the
photographer for the wedding stated above. Family members and friends of the client can freely
photograph the event, as long as the photographer’s work is not disrupted.
Orders will only be delivered upon full payment of the agreed fees.
The Photographer reserves the right to use the images for display, publication, advertising or
other purposes.
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT - It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere
without photographer’s permission.
Client is aware that the color dyes used in photography may fade or discolor over time due to the
inherent qualities of these dyes. Client releases photographer from any liability for any claims
whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such inherent qualities.
Limitations: If the photographer cannot perform this agreement due to fire or other casualty,
strike, act of God, or other cause beyond control of the parties, or due to the photographer’s
illness, then the photographer shall return the deposit paid, to the client but shall have no further
liability with respect to this Agreement. This liability shall also apply in the event that
photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in mail,
or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer. In the event the
photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the photographer shall not be liable for any
amount in excess of the retail value of the client’s order. In the event of a postponement or
cancellation of the event/contract, the retainers paid are not refundable.
Rest periods/Meal breaks: The photographer and any assistant will be permitted reasonable rest
periods. It is customary for all photographers and assistants to participate in meals provided at
the event to facilitate continuous coverage.
Photographer will guarantee current print and album prices up to 1 year from event date. After
one year contracted prices will be based on that current price list.
