It is also the one considered most sacred by the Hindus. The Rigveda states in Book 1, hymn 164 and verse 46: "Sages (learned Priests) call one God by many names." [Rigveda 1:164:46] "Ma cid anyad vi sansata sakhayo ma rishanyata" "O friends, do not worship anybody but Him, the Divine One. Praise Him alone." It is further said that "They sink deeper in darkness those who worship sammbhuti (i.e. Created things)". [Yajurved 40:9] The Brahma Sutra of Hinduism is: "Ekam Brahm, dvitiya naste neh na naste kinchan" "There is only one God, not the second; not at all, not at all, not in the least bit." MUHAMMAD SAW MENTIONED IN HINDU BOOKS Last Messenger and his Name According to Hinduism, this is the last period of world's history and a great reformer will appear in this time and he will lead the mankind to the right path. This reformer is called Kilki Avatar. "The prophet who will be born in Kal Yag, His name will be 'Sarwu Anama'." (Chapter Party Surg of Bhoshia Pran) .“Anama” is used for a person who is praised. And “sarwu” means more than others or the most of all. Word "Muhammad"(SAW) also means "A person who is praised more than others". Hindus believe that Kalki will bring to an end the present age of darkness and destruction known as Kali Yuga. He will establish a new era based on truth, righteousness, humanism and goodness, called Satya Yuga. The origins of the name probably lie in the Sanskrit word "kalka" which refers to mud, dirt, filth, or foulness and hence denotes the "destroyer of foulness" (WIKIPEDIA). "He will then reestablish righteousness upon Earth; and the minds of those who live at the end of the Kali age shall be awakened, and shall be as translucent as crystal." Vishnu Purana IV:24,26-27 Note: Bhawishya Pooran means Future Events. His Date of Birth "Kalki will born on 12th of month of Besakh (in 7th century)" (Kalki Puran, Adhiyai 2, Ashlok 15) Besakh is famous month of Indian calendar. As per that calendar the date of birth of Mohammad (peace be upon him) is 12 Besakh 628 Bakrami. And that day as per Arabic calendar, Month Rabi I, year AlFeel and 2nd Monday. And this day was very pious near Hindus. His Mother and Father Names "Kalki will be born from Somati and name of his father will be Vishnu Wesh". (Kalki Puran, Adhiyai 2, Ashlok 11) , (Kalki Puran Adhiyai 2, Ashlok 4), (Bhagut Puran, Surg 12, Adhiyai 2, Ashlok 18) The meaning of Somati is a "peace giver (Amina also mean this)" and Vishnu waish as "Servant of biggest God (Abdullah also mean this)". Vishnu means "The sustainer". It is further mentioned that "Father of Kalki Avtar will die before his birth and his mother will die after some time of his birth." (Kalki Puran & Bhagut Puran, Skand 12). Father of the Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) died 6 month before his birth and mother died 6 years after his birth. Place of Birth "So Kalki Avtar will take birth in 'Shumbal Gram' in the house of brahman Mahnt (religious leader) named Wishnu Wesh. (Kalki Puran, Adhiyai 2, Ashlok 4), (Bhagut Puran, Skand 12, Adhyai 2, Ashlok 8) . Shumbal means the peaceful place. Makkah was such a peaceful city that even in the time of ignorance no one used to fight in this city. The word Barahman “Mahant” used for religious leader. Muhammad (SAW) was born in the house of his grandfather Abdul Muttalib who was religious leader of Meccans at that time. Marriage and Wife "Kalki Avtar will marry a respected lady of Salmal Dip and this marriage ceremony will be arranged by one uncle and three brothers." (Kalki Puran & Bhagut Puran). Salmal Dip is Arabian Peninsula as per old Hindu traditions. The wife of Mohammad (peace be upon him) was Khudija and she was most respected lady in Quraish. The marriage ceremony was arranged by his uncle Abu Talib his three sons Jafar, Talib and Aqeel. Mediation in a Cave "Kalki Avtar will go to a mountain cave and there he will get knowledge from Pershoram."(Kalki Puran) It is well known that Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) was often going to the cave Hira near Makkah (still present) and there one night Angel Gabriel brought the message of God, "Read with the name of God…." And this revelation process continued all his life. And Pershoram is name of an angel with Hindu religion who brings destruction for disbelievers. And one name for Gabriel is Ruh Al Quddus (Holy Spirit), which is synonym of Pershoram in Sanskrit. Hardship, Madina Migration, & Fatah i Makka "Kalki Avtar will start preaching his religion from his city Shumbal Gram (city of peace), which is in Salmal Dip (Arabia). The people of this city will oppose him and treat him cruelly. Then he will leave this city and migrate to another city in North which will be surrounded by rocky hills and mountains. And after a certain period He will come back to his native city with sword and conquer it. And after that all the country will be conquered. (Kalki Puran) You see Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) started preaching in City of Peace (Makkah) and he was opposed by his people. The he migrated to Madinah which is 400km to the North of Makkah, and is surrounded by the mountains. And after reaching here the Makkans started fighting with the Muslims. And after eight years, he came with sword to Makkah and conquered it and then he promulgated the law of God. And after that all Arab was conquered. Buraq and Ma'arag Kalki Avtar will be given a riding horse which will be faster than lightning. And he, by riding it, will visit the earth and seven skies (heavens). (Bhagut Puran, Askand 12, Adhiyai 2, Ashlok 19-20). This tells us Meraj event, when prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) went form Makkah to the mosque in Jerusalem and then he visited the seven heavens as it is mentioned in Quran and Hadith. It is reported that this Buraq (horse) was faster that lightning and its every step was going beyond the limit of vision. Hindu books say that the horse will be white at many places.Buraq was also white. Sahih al-Bukhari describes Al-Buraq: "...Then a white animal which was smaller than a mule and bigger than a donkey was brought to me." ... "The animal's step (was so wide that it) reached the farthest point within the reach of the animal's sight. ..." —Muhammad al-Bukhari, Sahih al-Bukhari[1] His fighting with Enemies of God Kalki will fight with the enemies of religion with sword and will destroy many Satan natured and bad character people in the disguise of rulers (Bhagut Puran). All history books tell about his fighting with the false and cruel people. No need to explain. Help by Angels Kalki will be helped by the angel in his fighting (Kalki Puran, Adhiyai 2, Ashlok 7). Quran and Hadith tell us that he was helped by angels in Badr fight. And at Ohd also, it is narrated that angels Gabriel and Michael fought from his side. In Khandaq (trench) angels came and helped him and defeated his enemies without fighting by thunder and storm. In the fight with Banu Qariza angel Gabriel came and told the Muslims to fight, he himself went forward with angels and made a quake in them. And on the day of Hunain fight, groups of angels came to help the prophet (SAW). He will defeat his Enemies with 4 companions Kalki Avtar will kill his enemies with his four helpers (Kalki Puran, Adhiyai 2, Ashlok 5). The first four righteous caliphs of Islam, Abu Bakar, Omer, Uthman and Ali (May God be pleased with all of these). All worlds know them and their struggle and help during the life of prophet and after he left this world. The Last Prophet "Kalki Avtar will be the last prophet and prophet hood will finish on him." (Bhagut Puran, Prithum Skan, Adhiyai 3, Ashlok 25) It is very clear. Quran also gives the same number. That prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) is the last prophet of God. A Sweet Smell of His Body "A very sweet smell will emit out of the body of the Kalki Avtar, which will make the surrounding very pleasant and will make the feelings good" (Bhagut Puran, Skand 12, Adhiyai 2, Ashlok 21) It is reported in Hadith that body and perspiration of the prophet (peace be upon) was giving a very sweet smell. Abu Jaheefa narrates, "I put hand of prophet (peace be upon him) on my face, I found it colder than snow and sweeter in smell than musk." Jabir narrates, "If prophet (peace be upon him) passes from a street, the other passer by was recognizing from his smell that He has passed from there." His Divine Qualities "This Leader of World will have eight divine qualities. And he will ride on a flying horse, and this horse will be give by the angel to him. And he will crush the disbelievers and cruel people." (Bhagut Puran, Skand 12, Adhiyai 2, Ashlok 19-20). The Eight Divine qualities are mentioned in Maha Bharat as: 1. Pargia: To know about secret thing and inform others. 2. Kaleenta: to be from a good family. 3. Andaria Daman: To keep control over self. 4. Rasho Tagian: To get God's message by Angel or revelation. 5. Prakaram: To be of a strong body. 6. Bhabhashta: Less Speaking 7. Daan : Very open hearted and giving alms. 8. Kartagta: having deep understanding and Future estimating. The qualities mentioned here are very common qualities of the prophet mentioned in all history books. 1. He informed about past events from Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) to Jesus Christ (peace be upon him), about Abel and his brother, about Noah (peace be upon him), Nation of Aad, Thamud, Pharaoh, etc. and also many future events like Muslim invasion of Arabia, about body of Pharaoh discovered just in last century, about big bang, about Bombs, about plane, about second coming of Jesus Christ (peace be upon him), Anti-Christ Killing, Agog Magog etc. which we will discuss in next chapters. 2. It is well known that he was born in Banu Hathim a branch of most respected descendent of Prophet Abraham (peace be upon him). 3. He was having an utter self control. 4. God's message was sent to him. 5. He was strong in body. Once a famous wrestler of Makkah named Rakana Bin Abd e Yazid challenged the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) and said, "if You will defeat me I will accept Islam". Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) defeated him three times and the wrestler accepted Islam. 6. He was speaking very little and when necessary only in minimum eloquent speech (sentences). 7. He was always spending his wealth on poor and needy and was never keeping anything saved for his future. 8. All his life, his action and his decision reveals having a deeper meaning and future insight. Clear Description About Muhammad (SAW) & Islam in Hindu Book The Sanskrit text and translation of Verse 5 of Bhavishya Puran, Prati Sarg Parv III: 3, 3 are given below. (The boxed area in the Sanskrit text identifies the word Mahamad or Mohammad). "A malechha (belonging to a foreign country and speaking foreign language) spiritual teacher will appear with his companions. His name will be Mahamad"... 1. The followers of Muhammad (Mahamad) shall observe circumcision (lingchhedi), wear beards on their chins (samashrudhari), no tufts of hair on their heads (shikhaheena), and work out a mighty revolution in the world of religion. 2. Their faith shall not be a concealed affair, but it shall be proclaimed aloud (oonchalapi) from the minaret of every mosque i.e. Adhaan. 3. Excepting swine (vina kaulam), they shall eat all other good and lawful animals (sarvbhakshi). 4. The Hindus use grass (kusha) in sacrifice as a purifying factor, but these people shall purify themselves by means of war. 5. They shall be called Musalmans (Musalwants), for the reason that they shall fight against those who corrupt and contaminate religion (dharmdooshkah). 6. From Me shall be this religion of the meat-eaters, i.e., it shall be a Divinely-inspired faith. (Shlokas taken from "Bhavishya Purana in the Pratisarag Parv III Khand 3 Adhay 3") This comes true for muslims because they eat meat, they are circumcised, they keep beards as their Prophet did, they eat lawful things, they don't eat swine, they do warfare just for right (Islam prohibits killing innocents clearly), and they are called Musalmans. Further things said about Him His riding will be camel and He will have twelve wives. His grade will be so high and his riding will be so speedy that it will touch the skies and return back. (Athar Veda, Kand 20, Sokat 127, Mantar 2). He is god leader of the world. He is the best among human being. He is leader of all and is famous in all nations. Praise him with limitless praise (Athar Veda, Kand 20, Sokat 127, Mantar 7). When he took decision in his hands while construction of the house, he made peace all over. And every husband was telling to his wife about this (Athar Veda, Kand 20, Sokat 127, Mantar 8). While the reconstruction of Ka'aba; there arose a very serious conflict for putting Hajar Aswad (Black Stone) in its' place. This conflict grew serious and prolonged. At last it was decided that the person who will enter first in Ka'aba tomorrow morning he will have right to decide. Next day by chance Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) came first and all of them cried that he is a truthful person and we accept his decision. He took a cloth sheet. Put stone in it and told to leaders of all tribes to catch one corner. And when it reached to the level where it was to be placed, he took and placed it. All tribes were amazed at the decision and all of them appreciated this marvelous decision. Similarly, on the occasion of conquest of Makkah, he gave orders of common forgiveness for the people who do not fight. And he made peace in this city where people were under continued fighting since centuries.
