Numeracy Interventions currently used in Northumberland
Numeracy Interventions currently used in Northumberland are listed in the
table below. No distinction is made between Wave 2 and Wave 3
interventions as the stage at which the intervention will be used will vary
depending on the school context.
Interventions highlighted in green are approaches that are used in many
schools at Wave 1 – as part of the school’s quality first teaching. Where these
interventions are being used at Wave 2 and Wave 3 consideration should be
given to how they could become part of the school’s usual differentiated
curriculum.
