Things to remember
1. Volser is required for only Labeled Tape Media product.
2. The data cartridge (LTO/ T9k/10k/ 9x40) should be in “xxxxxx” format.(Where X can de
Alphabets/ Numbers/Combination of both) E.g., “AB0012” should not use any of
Cleaning cartridge’s format i.e. should avoid using CLNUXX or CLNXXX.
3. Cleaning cartridges - LTO cleaning cartridges must always begin with "CLNUxx". X as
Numeric. E.g., “CLNU01”
4. Cleaning cartridges - T10k Cleaning cartridges must always begin with "CLNxxx". X as
Numeric. E.g., “CLN001”
5. Vibrant Colors: Red / Yellow / Light Green / Light Blue / Gray / Orange / Pink / Dark
Green / Light Orange/ Purple/ White
6. Pastel Colors: Light Red/ Yellow/ Light Olive/ Blue/ Light Orange/ Light Green/ Orange/
Light Aqua/ Pink/ Light Purple/ White.
Note: Black is not a valid background color.
If no specific custom color then, “Default” must be entered for all 6 Positions.
7. The Marketing Item entered in the template is same as the ordered item on the Option line.
8. The Quantity should be as per the Quantity of the ordered item.
9. Volume Serial Number Range should have only the Start Serial Number (e.g,
000000) and not the complete (e.g. 000000-000079)
10. If no color is specified by the customer, enter “DEFAULT” for all 6 Volser
Positions. Entering “WHITE” instead of “DEFAULT” will cause an illegal in the
fulfillment flow.
11. In case of 2 or more identical Parts in the order, Club it into once single line with the
required Quantity.
Note: It has to be merged into one single line if the Ranges are in sequence.
