Scenario
PP1. History of patient including but not limited to those uncovered during
interview, assessment, and cares not discussed in the patient’s record.
PP2. This can include information taken from clinical preparation sheets submitted for
clinical experiences with this patient. It is not acceptable to merely attach the
clinical preparation sheet to the scenario.
PP3. Include all assessment findings. Include items found upon physical, psychosocial,
safety, cultural assessment, and teaching and learning needs for the medications
that the patient has currently prescribed.
PPP1. Explain and link to the diagram
