State registration note of the reports on results of the securities additional
emissions of the open joint stock company “Interregional Distribution Grid
Company of the South”
In accordance with points 31-36 of the Order of the Federal Service on Financial
Markets No. 08-964/пз-и dated 29 April 2008, , the state registration of the reports has
been effected on the results of additional emissions of the ordinary nominal nondocumentary shares of the open joint stock company “Interregional Distribution Grid
Company of the South”, allocated by means of conversion while connection of
“Astrakhanenergo”, JSC; “Volgogradenergo”, JSC; “Rostovenergo”, JSC; and
“Kalmenergo”, JSC.
1. In accordance with submitted to the Federal Service on Financial Markets on the
reports of additional emission of the ordinary nominal non-documentary shares, the
state registration number of additional emission 1-01-34956-E-001D dated 20.03.2008,
placed by the Emitter:
Quantity of securities of the additional emission: 2 282 967 791 (two billion two hundred
eighty two million nine hundred sixty seven thousand seven hundred and ninety one)
pcs.
Nominal cost of each security of the additional emission: 0.1 (zero point one) ruble.
Total volume of the additional emission (at nominal cost): 228 296 779.1 (two hundred
twenty eight million two hundred ninety six thousand seven hundred seventy nine and
one tenth) ruble.
2. In accordance with the report submitted to the Federal Service on Financial Markets,
about results of the additional emission of the ordinary nominal non-documentary
shares, the state registration number of additional emission 1-01-34956-E-002D dated
20.03.2008, placed by the Emitter:
Quantity of securities of the additional emission: 16 203 472 837 (sixteen billion two
hundred three million four hundred seventy two thousand eight hundred thirty seven)
pcs.
Nominal cost of each security of the additional emission: 0.1 (zero point one) ruble.
Total volume of the additional emission (as per nominal cost): 1 620 347 283.7 (one
billion six hundred twenty million three hundred forty seven thousand two hundred
eighty three point seven tenth) rubles.
3. In accordance with submitted to the Federal Service on Financial Markets report on
the results of the additional emission of the ordinary nominal non-documentary shares,

the state registration number of additional emission 1-01-34956-E-003D dated
20.03.2008, the Emitter placed:
Quantity of the securities of additional emission: 4 390 593 223 (four billion three
hundred ninety million five hundred ninety three thousand two hundred and twenty
three) pcs.
Nominal cost of each security of the additional emission: 0.1 (zero point one) rubles.
Total volume of the additional emission (per nominal cost): 439 059 322.3 (four hundred
nine million fifty nine thousand three hundred twenty two point three tenth) rubles.
4. In accordance with the report submitted to the Federal Service on Financial Markets
on the results of the additional emission of the ordinary nominal non-documentary
shares, the state registration number of additional emission 1-01-34956-E-004D dated
20.03.2008, the Emitter placed:
Quantity of the securities of the additional emission: 20 297 126 784 (twenty billion two
hundred ninety seven million one hundred twenty six thousand seven hundred eighty
four) pcs.
Nominal cost of each security of the additional emission: 0.1 (zero point one tenth)
rubles.
Total volume of the additional emission (per nominal cost): 2 029 712 678.4 (two billion
twenty nine million seven hundred twelve thousand six hundred seventy eight point four
tenth) rubles.
5. In accordance with the report submitted to the Federal Service on Financial Markets
about results of the additional emission of the ordinary nominal non-documentary
shares, the state registration number of the additional emission 1-01-34956-E-005D
dated 20.03.2008, the Emitter placed:
Quantity of the securities of the additional emission: 1 921 111 550 (one billion nine
hundred twenty one thousand one hundred eleven thousand five hundred and fifty) pcs.
Nominal cost of each security of the additional emission: 0.1 (zero point one) ruble.
Total volume of the additional emission (per nominal cost): 192 111 155 (one hundred
ninety two million one hundred eleven thousand one hundred fifty five) rubles.
6. In accordance with the report submitted to the Federal Service on Finance Markets
about results of the additional emission of the ordinary nominal non-documentary
shares, the state registration number of additional emission 1-01-34956-E-006D dated
20.03.2008, the Emitter placed:
Quantity of securities of the additional emission: 4 615 823 879 (four billion six hundred
fifteen million eight hundred twenty three thousand eight hundred seventy nine) pcs.
Nominal cost of each security of the additional emission: 0.1 (zero point one tenth)
ruble.

Total volume of the additional emission (per nominal cost): 461 582 387.9 (four hundred
sixty one million five hundred eighty two thousand three hundred eighty seven point
nine tenth) rubles.
