At Fitch, I design new web applications and maintain/update current ones. I am involved in the process
from conception to completion. I also work on the company’s internal employee portal. I also act as a
Business Process Modeling Librarian.
General Duties:
 I participate in conceptual meetings and transfer requirements into wireframes and prototypes.
 I help convert existing desktop applications to web applications.
 I help design individual portlets for the internal portal and have also redesigned the portal,
including the header and various graphics in the past.
 I create web design graphics for the entire New York office and work closely with
marketing/branding.

At ADP, I used the IBM Rational Unified Process to come up with creative ways to visually represent
Business Analysts’ Use Cases as engaging websites. I created well-planned storyboards, GUI
Specifications, graphics, and the look and feel that represented the final product before development began
using Photoshop, Visio, and other tools.

At Thomson Financial, I was responsible for designing new websites used for business-to-business
solutions. I handled maintenance duties on existing sites, both internal and external, including "Print to
Web" e-magazines. I worked extremely close with the development team before design and after
development to clean up existing GUI issues.
I spent a lot of time creating graphics, look and feel, and working prototypes for the salespeople and
developers to use when pitching to clients or developing the project into a working database-driven
application. I also took existing sites or desktop applications and adapted them to the current Thomson
standards and guidelines, usually under very short deadlines.
