The Codon Chart
The codon chart contains all the possible combinations of RNA codons and the amino acids
that will be added based on that code. This is how it works.

Take the DNA code you are given.
Convert it to the RNA code using the base pairing rule.
Locate the first base of the RNA codon on the left of the chart.
Locate the second base of the RNA codon on the top of the chart.
Locate the third base of the RNA codon on the right of the chart.
The intersection of these three bases will tell you what amino acid that codon codes
for.
For example, if you were given the codon AGA, you can see from the table that these RNA
bases code for the amino acid arginine.
