Perimeter = 2(x + 4) + 2(x)
= 2x + 8 + 2x

Area = x(x + 4)

Perimeter = 2(2x + 3) + 2(x + 1)
= 4x + 6 + 2x + 2
= 4x + 2x + 6 + 2
