Session Objectives
After this session you will be able to:
1. Describe safety considerations in intra-operative patient positioning.
2. Identify common local anesthetics and their maximum dosages and
potential complications.
3. Describe basic principles of regional and general anesthetic and their
complications.
4. Discuss various options of post-operative pain management including
their advantages/disadvantages and complications.
