 Review OEB newsletters, handbooks, and video presentations
 Review “Your UT Benefits Enrollment Options” Letter
 Attend your institution benefits meetings and fairs
 Make your declaration as a tobacco user or non-tobacco user
 Make elections no later than July 31, 2012
 Review My UT Benefits Summary of Benefits before logging off
 Review or elect your designated beneficiaries for life insurance
 Complete and submit any required EOI forms by August 15, 2012
 Complete and submit any required EOE documentation by August 15, 2012
