HERServices, Inc. is under contract with Clark County requirements for the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit, 208 Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP). We are hiring two position for the Clark County Water Quality Program.. Roles and Responsibilities Students will be involoved with industrial and construction insepection site inventory, stormwater and water quality system inspection and public outreach. The position is for Technican I and II stormwater and water quality site inspectors. Employess will be expected to visit industrial and construction sites in Las Vegas Valley, prepare inspection reports, update databases, assist with outreach and attend training classes. Education and Qualifications Current studin in an Engineering field, Earth and Environmental Science or Urban Planning, or closesly related field of study. Applicants must be undergraduates or graduating in the Spring of 2016. Preferred Skills General knowledge of engineering, environmental and/or water quality programs. Good communication skills, verbal and written; progessional, self-motivated along with the ability to balance a work load and meet dealines. Familiartiy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are desired. Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
